Kari Samantha (born April 28 on 1967) Wuhrer is a famous American actress and performer. The career of Wuhrer began when she was still a teenager. Her most famous role is Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders and also her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter of Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). Her siblings include three. While she was a kid, Wuhrer sang at nightclubs and slipped out to perform. Following her studies in acting at the Wooster School at 13 years old, she pursued a degree in drama at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts at Marymount Manhattan College and Columbia University. Then, she took classes at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts under the famed Uta Hagen. She was born on April 28th, 1967 in Brookfield, Connecticut. Her father is both an German American policeman and an auto salesman. Kari has 3 siblings. In her teens was a nightclub singer, she would sing while slipping out for performances. Kari at the time was thirteen years old, was enrolled at the Wooster School and Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. She also attended drama classes in Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which she was taught by a professor renowned for her work as Uta. Kari began acting at the age of a teenager. Her first breakthrough came in 1987 with MTV Remote Control.
